AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR AN UNDERGROUND GAS SERVICE AND TRANSMISSION
LINE ACROSS PARKING LOT 1 C
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, and
it is hereby ordered, that a grant of easement be executed and
delivered to HORTON WHIPPLE and.S. K. 19HIPPLE to construct, in-
stall, repair, replace, maintain and operate an underground
gas service and transmission line, in accordance with all of the
provisions, terms and conditions of that certain written grant
of easement attached hereto, incorporated in and made a part of
this resolution by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute and deliver said grant of easement
to the Grantees therein named for and on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature of the
City Manager.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 21st day of September 1964,
and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
