RESOLUTION NO. 125-64
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING VAGE SCALE
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, Cali-
fornia, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has ascertained the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which
public work is proposed to be performed for z,tork of a similar char-
acter to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 94-64 adopted
July 20, 1964, as amended;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and contained
in the specifications for said project, copies of which are on file
in the office of the Engineer of Fork and also in the office of the
City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and finds
the same to be correct in all particulars;
NO14, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications is
hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem
wages for work of a similar character to that above described in
the locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem wages
shall be paid for any vork proposed to be performed under said Reso-
lution of Intention, as amended.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 24th i . day of _ September ,
1964 , by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
