RESOLUTION NO. 127-64
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SMMULE I ONLY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, Cali-
fornia, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 94-64 adopted by this Council
on July 20, 1964, as amended. Said notice in form to be prepared by
Tlilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, shall be given by the Clerk causing
copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses
interested in the purchase of such bonds at least ten days before
the date of sale of said bonds. Said bids shall be received at 8:00
o'clock P.M. on October 19 , 1964.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Harzfeld; Jones & Morton, San Mateo, California, un-
qualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the is-
suance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 24th — day of ___ September
1964 by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
