A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ADOPTING
A SELECT SYSTEM OF CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of BURLINGAME,
County of San Mateo, has adopted a resolution dated Aug. 17,1964,
indicating its desire to receive funds made available by the
Collier -Unruh Local Transportation Development Act; and
WHEREAS, in order to accumulate the matching credits
required by the Streets and Highways Code Section 186.5 it is
necessary that the City modify its Select System of City
Streets in accordance with the provisions of Section 186.3 of
the Streets and Highway Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of BURLINGAME that that certain map dated Sept.24, 1964,
entitled "Map of Select System of City Streets and Highways,
City of BURLINGAME, California" and the accompanying report
entitled "Select System Report, City of BURLINGAME,
1964," which have been prepared for consideration of the
California Highway Commission, copies of which are on file in
the offices of the City Clerk and City Engineer and incorporated
herein as if set out in full herein are hereby approved and
adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that three (3) copies of this
resolution be filed with said map and report in the office of
the Department of Public Works, State of California, through
the District Office of the Division of Highways.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame hereby
petitions the California Highway Commission to approve the
aforementioned map and report.

I, Herbert K. white, City Clerk, do hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City council held on the 24th day of September,
1964, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederich sen-George-Johnson-
Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: None
