AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT FOR MUNICIPAL
GOLF COURSE PRELIMINARY ECONOMIC STUDY WITH THE
SHERMAN COMPANY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that
an Agreement for the preparation and submission to City of a
preliminary economic study to determine the feasibility of a
municipal golf course for the City of Burlingame be entered into
with WILLIAM H. SHERMAN, an individual doing business under the
firm name and style of The Sherman Company, according to the
terms and conditions thereof as set forth in the annexed
Agreement which is made a part of this resolution and incorporated
herein the same as if fully set forth.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized, for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame and the
City Council to execute said Agreement, and that the same be
attested by the City Clerk.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 8th day of September, 1964, and
adopted thereafter by the following votes:
