ACCEPTING DEMOLITION WORK BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA
OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS B C E F G AND K
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
(1) The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of said

City have certified that the work and improvement done by KNAPP
i
EXCAVATORS, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its contract
with the City of Burlingame dated ^ _ May 4 , 1964,
have been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
(2) Said work and improvements are more particularly described
as the demolition and removal of all structures and appurtenances

on and from Burlingame Avenue Area Off -Street Parking District
Parking Lots B, C, E, F, G and K.
(3) Said work and improvement be and the same are hereby
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 8th day of September , 1964, and adopted
thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
