REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SAN MATEO COUNTY
TO EXCLUDE TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
FROM THE BURLINGAME HILLS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AS
PROVIDED BY 14926 OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
?WHEREAS certain territories particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of this resolution by
reference have been annexed to the City of Burlingame and are ,V
now included within the corporate limits of said City; anc} p
WHEREAS said territories are also included within the
limits of the BURLINGAME HILLS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT and
consist in the aggregate of less than the whole of said district;
and
WHEREAS §4926 of the Health and Safety Code provides for j
the exclusion of territories similarly situated from any sewer
maintenance district by the board of supervisors upon the re-
quest of the city to which they are annexed;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of San Mateo County be, and they are hereby, requested:
to exclude the territories particularly described in Exhibit A

from the BURLINGAME HILLS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT pursuant
to the provisions of, and the authorization contained in, §4926
of the Health and Safety Code.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to file
two (2) certified copies of this resolution in the office of
John A. Bruning, County Clerk of San Mateo County, and ex-officio
Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County.
