all of t1va a-vmners. of the land in the territory proposed ot.-o be
annexed by area, and by assessed value as shown on the last
equalized assessment roll of the County of Sam Mtee. , the County
in -which the said territo-8j is situated., requesting that such
territory be annexed to, incorporated in, and made a part of
said City of Burlingam, a ==icipal corporatioz,, and which
tercitory is situated in the County of San Matea, State of
California,, and is more specifically described hirein; and

NIMUAS, the person signing said petition is hereby found
Lo be the sole owner of all of the roal property proposed to towz
annexed and all said owner has consented in writing prior to
the adoption of this resolution that the property wwithin the
annexed area may be taxed to pay its proportionate share of
indebtedness and liability of the City of Burlingame contracted
prior to, or existing at the time of, its annexation to the City
that:
1. That certain uninhabited contiguous territory situated
in the County of San Mateo, Mate of California, and more par-
ticularly described herein, be, and it hereby is annexed to the
City of Burlingame, and. this Council does hereby approve of said
annexation pursuant to the

P,ct of 1939", being Sections 35300 to 35326 (both inclusive) of
Said uninhabited contiguous territory is situated in the
County of Say. Mateo, State of California, and 3s more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto, incorporated herein, and
made a part of this resolution by reference,
2. In accordance with the consent in writing as aforesaid

and pursuant to the provisions of Section 3531.9 of said. Government
Code, said territory shall be taxed for its proportionate share
of all indebtedness of said City of Burlingame contracted prior
