STATE PERSONNEL BOARD CONTRACT
RESOLVED, that the City Council of The City of Burlingame
enter into an agreement with the State Personnel Board in perform-
ing the services incident to preparation and rating of examination
material as set forth in the agreement hereto attached, made a
part hereof, and incorporated as if the same were fully set forth
herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby authorized, for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame and
the City Council to execute the said agreement and that the same
be attested by the City Clerk.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 17th day of August , 1964, and adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Martin.
