RESOLUTION NO. 106-64
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE PRESERVATION
OF OPEN -SPACE LAND IN THE SAN FRANCISCO
BAY AREA.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of The City of Burlingame,
(California, that:
1. That certain agreement to be made and entered into by
sand between the Association of Bay Area Governments and certain
county and city governments and other public agencies, including
the city government of The City of Burlingame, be entered into by
The City of Burlingame;
2. That the City Manager of said City be, and he is hereby,

,authorized
and directed to
execute
said
agreement on behalf of

The City of
Burlingame upon
all of
the
terms, conditions and
15 provisions thereof as set forth in the copy marked EXHIBIT A,
16
attached to, incorporated in, and made a part of this resolution

by reference, and that the same be attested by the City Clerk.
