AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH HOWARD A. YORK AND EDMUND T. DADY FOR PRE-
LIMINARY PLANS, DESIGNS AND COST ESTIMATES---
ROLLINS ROAD, BROADWAY, BAYSHORE FREEWAY RAMPS
AND SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD LINES INTERSECTIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
1. An agreement for the preparation of preliminary plans,
designs and cost estimates for the study and change of traffic
flow and alleviation of traffic congestion in the general area
embracing the Rollins Road, Broadway, Bayshore Freeway Ramps
and Southern Pacific Railroad line intersections, according
to the terms and conditions thereof as set forth in the agreement
attached hereto, incorporated herein, and made a part of this
resolution as fully as if set forth herein, be entered into with
HOWARD A. YORK and EDMUND T. DADY.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized, for
and on behalf of the City of Burlingame and the City Council,
to execute said agreement, and that the same be attested by the
City Clerk.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 17thday of August, 1964, and adopted
thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson
Noes: Councilmen: None
