INCREASING COMPENSATION OF CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Section 425 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame provides that the City Manager shall receive such
compensation as the City Council shall from time to time de-
termine and fix by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 56-63 entitled "Fixing Compensa-
tion of City Manager" adopted July 30, 1963, fixed the compensa-
tion of the City Manager at $1,375 per month;
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that:
1. Resolution No. 56-63 entitled "Fixing Compensation of
City Manager" adopted July 30, 1964, be, and the same is hereby,
rescinded;
2. The compensation of the City Manager of the City of
Burlingame be, and it is hereby, fixed at $1,443 for the month
of August, 1964, and at $1,409 per month thereafter.

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the loth day of July ,
1964, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
