A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION FOR CREDIT
BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA
OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council, after proceedings to that end duly had
and taken, has ordered the elimination of that portion of proposed
Parking Lot G described in the Engineerts report as Parcel 1-G,
fronting on Park Road, from the acquisitions and improvements
described in Resolution No. 27-62, a Resolution of Intention,
adopted May 19, 1962, as modified, and intends to sell said parcel
to the Peninsula National Bank of Burlingame generally in accord-
ance with the letter from said Bank dated July 1, 1964, and as
discuss,
d and represented at the hearing held July 20, 1964;
WHEREAS, the Bank has filed an application for credit against
any assessment to be imposed on said Parcel 1-G, on the basis that
said property, under• the terms of said proposed agreement, will be
devoted substantially to off-street parking purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said application for•
credit be, and it is hereby, approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 3rd day of August , 1964, by the following vote:
