RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingam, California
t , this Council did, on June 1, 1964, adopt its Resolution
of Intention Imo 73-64 to order the remmval of poles cmd overhead
wires and associated overhead structures from any pub y lc street,
alley or way within the underground utility district described in
Ordinance 1W, 803, Bch district is hereinafter more particularly
described and fixing Monday, the 2 th days of Julyz 1964, at 8:00
O'clock P.M., at the Council Chambers of the City Council in the
City Hall in the City of Burlingame as the time and place for hear-
ing all persons interested in then, proposed removals, amd also for
hearing all persons wishing to object to said proposed, ovals; aid
AREAS, ?pursuant to Ordinance No. 803 the City Clerk has given
notice of the time and place of said hearing to all affected property
owners and utilities by mail at least thirty (30) days prior to
the tim of said hearing; acid
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed ror said hearing this
Council heard all interested persons and considered all utters
and things pertaining to the ordering of the removal of such poles
and overhead wires and associated overhead structures;
NOW, WEREFOREE, this Council does hereby find, determine and
order as followa

The public necessities health and safety require the re-
moval of all poles and overhead i lres and associated overhead
structures (W-.th the exception of the facilities described in
Section 6 of ardinance R13) 'g zhe pteblic streets, alleys

%2) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance \To.
803, lao days from and after the date of the adoption of this
resolution is fixed as the time within which such poles and over-
head wires and associated overhead structures shall be removed
from the public streets, alleys or ways within said underground
utility district and within which affected property owners shall be
ready to receive underground service.
(3) Said underground utility district is described as follows:
California Drive from Burlingame Avenue to Peninsula
Avenue and Howard Avenue between California Drive and
Lorton Avenue in the City of Burlingame, California.
Said area is shown on the map marked Exhibit A which
is attached to and made a part of Ordinance No. 803.
