ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF MILLS ESTATE NO. 19
WATER SYSTEM --PUMPS AND CONTROLS
JOB NO. 64-12
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, Cal-
ifornia, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and improvements done by
W. T. KENNEDY, an individual doing business under the firm name
and style of KENNEDY ELECTRIC CO., under the terms of its con-
tract with the City of Burlingame dated March 23rd, 1964, have
been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract and
in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and ap-
proved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work and improvements are more particularly de-
scribed as the addition of pumps, motors, control valves and
electrical controls and devices to the existing water pumping and
storage facilities of the City of Burlingame Water System.
3. Said work and improvements be and the same are hereby
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of July, 1964,
by the following vote:
