RESOLUTION NO. 73-64
A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO
DETERMINE PUBLIC NECESSITY OF THE REMOVAL OF POLE;
AND OVERHEAD WIRES WITHIN THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY
DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
California, that ,
AREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 803 adopted by this
� Council on
April 20, 1964, provides that the Council may call
a public hearing to ascertain whether the public necessity,
health or safety requires the removal of poles and overhead
wires and associated overhead structures from an

alley or way within the underground utility district;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That Monday, the loth day of July, 1964, at the hour
Of 8 o'clock P. M., in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Burlingame, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place
for a hearing to determine whether the public necessity, health
or safety requires the removal of poles and overhead wires and
associated overhead structures from all public streets, alleys
or ways within the underground utility district.
2. The underground utility district is that area of the
City defined in Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 803 as California
Drive from Burlingame Avenue to Peninsula Avenue and Howard
Avenue between California Drive and Lorton Avenue, in the City
of Burlingame, California; said area is shown on the map
marked Exhibit A which is attached to said ordinance and made a
part thereof, to which said ordinance and map reference is
hereby made.
3. The City Clerk shall notify all affected property

owners and utilities by mail of the time and place of hearing
at least thirty days prior to the date thereof.

the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 1st day of June, 1964, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
