ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF GRAVEL SUMP IN
BURLINGAME CREEK CULVERT
JOB NO. 63-18
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
(1) The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and improvement done by
DEAN C. BUEHLER, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its con-
tract with the City of Burlingame dated April 30, 1964, have been
completed in accordance with the terms of said contract and in
accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and approved
by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director
of Public Works.
(2) Said work and improvement are more particularly described
as removing thirty (3) linear feet, plus or minus, of the existing
underground reinforced concrete box culvert in Block 6, Town of
Burlingame, and constructing an underground reinforced concrete
gravel sump 27'-4" x 17'-8" x 15'0" deep.
(3) Said work and improvement be and the same are hereby
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of July ,
1964, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederich sen-George -Johnson -Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
