RESOLUTION NO. 63 - 64
ACCEPTING CITY OF BURLINGAME SIDEWALK
REPAIR PROGRAM 1963 - 1964
JOB NO. 63-25
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and improvement done by
LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY, INC., a corporation, under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated January 13, 1964,
have been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works; and
2. Said work and improvement are more particularly de-
scribed as approximately 13,000 sq. ft..of miscellaneous side-
walk replacement; and
3. Said work and improvement be and the same are hereby
accepted.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of May, 1964,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Crosby -George -Martin.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Diederichsen-Johnson.
