AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE TAX DEEDED
LAND WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
fornia, that
WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has initiated an
"Agreement Sale" whereby the City of Burlingame agrees to acquire
by purchase, two properties deeded to the State of California
for the non-payment of delinquent taxes; and
WHEREAS, the property consists of two small parcels
located on Lexington Avenue and on Easton Drive, as described in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of said Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he
is hereby authorized to execute said agreement by and between
the City of Burlingame and the County of San Mateo,
R. D. MARTIN, MAYOR
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council, held on the 1st day of June,
1964, and adopted by the following vote:

Martin
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
