DETERMINING GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM
WAGES IN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
The City Council of the City of Burlingame, pursuant to
the provisions of Sections 1770 et seq. of the Labor Code of
the State of California, hereby
RESOLVES, that the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages for the crafts, classifications or types of workman set
forth below, in the City of Burlingame, are as follows:

San Francisco wage rates apply to any craft not listed above.
Wages for overtime work and for work on Sundays and
holidays shall be not less than one and one-half (1k) times
the rates listed above,

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the day of April, 1964, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
