AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GRAVEL
SUMP IN BURLINGAME CREEK CULVERT JOB NO. 63-18
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the invitation of bids
for a contract for the construction of a gravel sump in the
Burlingame Creek culvert; and
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1964, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, DEAN C. BUEHLER, INC., a corporation, submitted the
lowest responsible bid for doing the said work for the sum of
Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that
the bid of DEAN C. BUEHLER, INC., a corporation, for the sum of
Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) be, and the
same is hereby, accepted;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into be-
tween the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City
of Burlingame for the performance of said work of construction,
and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized for and
on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract,

foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meet-
ing of the City Council held on the 20th day of April, 1964, by
the following vote:
