ACCEPTING ADDITIONS TO SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT -
JOB NO. 63-34
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of said
City have certified that the work and improvements done by Harry
Lee, Elizabeth Lee and Morris P. Harlick, co-partners doing
business under the partnership name of HARRY LEE PLUMBING AND
HEATING, under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame dated November 19, 1963, has been completed in accord-
ance with the terms of said contract and in accordance with the
plans and specifications prepared and approved by this Council
therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works;
and
2. Said work and improvement is more particularly described
as Sewage Treatment Plant additions consisting of the furnishing
and installation of chlorination equipment and controls including
plumbing and electrical wiring; and
3. Said work and improvement be and the same is hereby
accepted.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 6th day of April , 1964,
and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
