RESOLUTION NO. 35 - 64
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS the State of California through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a Utilities
Agreement providing for payment to
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
the estimated amount of $2,250.00 (Agreement No. 464.51);
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of The
City of Burlingame that said agreement is hereby approved. and the
Mayor ;_s authorized to execute the same.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of
