ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN ARMSBY COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
and it is hereby ordered that the City of Burlingame hereby
accepts the public improvements, including the improvement of
all streets, roads, ways, avenues and drives, and the grading,
paving, installation of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, sanitary
sewers, manholes, laterals, cleanouts, street lighting system,
street signs, complete water system including water services and
hydrant, underground power and telephone system and appurtenances
to all the foregoing, tree planting and improvement of all
dedicated public easements, in the subdivision known as Armsby
Court, subdivision map of which subdivision was approved by
this Council on February 18, 1963, by Resolution No. 20-63
entitled "Approving Final Map Entitled 'Armsby Court, Burlingame,
San Mateo County, California' and Directing Execution of
Agreement To Construct Public Improvements."

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day
of February , 1964, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
