AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR ACTUARIAL
SERVICES BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AND COATES, HERFURTH, AND ENGLAND, A PARTNERSHIP.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the proposed agreement between the City of Burlingame and
Coates, Herfurth and England, consulting actuaries and co-partners
for actuarial services incident to certain valuations under the
State Employees Retirement Law, a copy of which agreement is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same is
hereby approved,
RESOLVED FURTHER that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to sign and execute said proposed agreement for and
on behalf of this City, and the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to attest the signature of said City Manager and
to affix the corporate seal of the City.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day
of February , 1964, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
