ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF GARAGE AND
LOCKER ROOM - WASHINGTON PARK - JOB NO. 63-50
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
(1) The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work and improvement
done by A AND W SORENSEN, INC., a corporation, under the
terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated
October , 1963, has been completed in accordance with
the terms of said contract and in accordance with the
plans and specifications prepared and approved by this
Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director
of Public Works; and
(2) Said work and improvement is more particularly described
as construction of a garage and locker room at Washington
park, a municipal park in the City of Burlingame; and
(3) Said work and improvement be and the same is hereby
accepted.

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
I
of the City Council held on the 3rd day of February 1964,
and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
