REGULATING THE HOURS OF PARKING ON BURLINGAME
AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT LOTS
D, E, J, and L
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
(1) No person shall park any vehicle on the municipal
parking lots shown and designated as Lots D, E, J, and
L on that certain map or diagram entitled "Acquisition
Map Burlingame Avenue Area Off -Street Parking District,
Burlingame, California" which said map or diagram is on
file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, for a period longer than two (2) hours be-
tween the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 6 P.M., Sundays and
holidays excepted.
(2) No person who parks any vehicle more than once in
any 24-hour period on any of said Lots D, E, J and L
shall permit said vehicle to remain upon any such lot in
excess of a total of two hours on any day, Sundays and
holidays excepted. For the purpose of this resolution
a day is determined to be the period of time between one
midnight and the following midnight.
(3) No person shall park any vehicle on said Lots D, E,
J, and L, as hereinabove designated, between the hours of
4:00 A,M, and 9:30 A.M., Sundays and holidays excepted.
4. No person shall park any vehicle on any other property
owned or maintained by the City as a municipal parking
lot for a period longer than two (2) hours between the
hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6 P.M., Sundays and holidays
excepted, nor shall any person park any vehicle on any

such other property for a period longer than one (1)
hour between the said hours from and including the first
to twenty-fourth days of December in any year, Sundays
and holidays excepted.
(5) Such parking lots as may be designated hereafter by
resolution of this City Council as "all day" parking lots
are hereby excepted from the provisions of this resolution.
(6) The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of this resolution.
(7) This resolution shall be effective upon the installation
of said signs.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day
of February , 1964, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
