AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH E. L. NORBERG
FOR PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY PLANS AND WORKING
DRA14INGS AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION OF CORPORATION
YARD FACILITIES.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
An agreement for architectural services consisting of prepara
tion of preliminary plans and cost estimates and for the prepara-
tion of working drawings and specifications, if ordered by the
City Council, for the construction of corporation yard facilities,
according to the terms, provisions and conditions set forth in
the annexed agreement, which is made a part hereof and incorporate
herein the same as if fully set forth herein, be entered into
with E. L. NORBERG.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized by and on behalf of the City of Burlingame
and the City Council to execute said agreement and that the
same be attested by the City Clerk.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 20th day of January1964, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
