RESOLUTION NO. 107 -65
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND
DIRECTING ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE
OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SCHEDULE 4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has filed with
the City Clerk of this City, Engineer's Certificate as to the
completion of all of the work provided to be done under and
pursuant to the contract between said City and P & S Construction
Co. Inc., dated March 18, 1965; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fully completed and done
as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications
therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it
is hereby, made and ordered.
2. That the Engineer of Work is directed to execute and
file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, Notice of Acceptance of Completion thereof, as required by
law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 4th
1965 , by the following vote:
