AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH SAN MATEO DISPOSAL CO. FOR OPERATION OF CITY DUMP
WITH OPTION TO LEASE TRANSFER STATION SITE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
An agreement be entered into by and on behalf of the City
of Burlingame with the San Mateo Disposal Co., a California cor-
poration, for the operation of the City Dump and for an option to
lease a transfer station site and to maintain and operate a trans
fer station thereon, according to the terms and conditions thereo
as set forth in the annexed Agreement, made a part hereof and in-
corporated herein the same as if fully set forth herein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized, for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame
and the City Council to execute said Agreement, and that the
same be attested by the City Clerk.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day
of October, 1965, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
