RESOLUTION NO. 87-65
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION
AND DIRECTING ENGINEER TO FILE
NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SCHEDULE I
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
San Mateo County, California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has filed with
the Clerk of said City, his Engineer's Certificate as to the
completion of all of the work provided to be done under and
pursuant to the contract between said City and Kunz Paving Co.,
dated November 3, 1964; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council
that said work under said contract has been fully completed
and done as provided in said contract and the plans and specifi-
cations therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it
is hereby, made and ordered.
2. That the Engineer of Work is directed to execute and
file for record with the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, notice of acceptance of completion thereof, as re-
quired by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 16th
