RESOLUTION NO. 71 -65
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PRELIMINARY PROCEEDINGS
BURLINGAME AVENUE STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that Resolution No. 40-65, "A Resolution of Preliminary
Determination Under Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code";
Resolution No. 41-65, "A Resolution Directing Preparation of Investi-
gation Report Under Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code", and
Resolution No. 42-65, "A Resolution of Intention to Construct Improve-
ments", all adopted by this Council on May 3, 1965, be, and they are
hereby, amended to add the following clause to the description of the
work therein contained:
"and the southwesterly side of California Drive from about
200 feet northwesterly of Burlingame Avenue to a point about
150 feet southeasterly thereof."
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the
