RESOLUTION NO. 72 -65
A RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING ENGINEER'S
REPORT, AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
THEREON, UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE
BURLINGAME AVENUE STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council ordered the City Engineer under Division
4 of the Streets and Highways Code, to prepare a report for the
following improvements in said City, to wit:
The removal of existing electrolier standards and the construc-
tion of new taper tube steel electrolier standards with luminaires,
complete with underground conduit and conductor cable, risers, pull
boxes and appurtenances, and all work auxiliary thereto and necessary
to complete the same in Burlingame Avenue from E1 Camino Real to
California Drive, Primrose Road from Chapin Avenue to the alley lying
between Burlingame Avenue and Howard Avenue, Park Road from Burlingame
Avenue southeasterly about 100 feet, Lorton Avenue from a point about
150 feet northwesterly of Burlingame Avenue to a point about 100
feet southeasterly of Burlingame Avenue, and the southwesterly side
of California Drive from about 200 feet northwesterly of Burlingame
Avenue to a point about 150 feet southeasterly thereof.
WHEREAS, said report has been completed and presented to this
Council, and this Council has examined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said report is hereby preliminarily approved and
ordered filed with the City Clerk, who shall endorse thereon the
fact and date of this approval.
2. That Monday, the 20th day of September, 1965, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Burlingame,
California, are hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing upon
said report.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of the
hearing on said report in the form provided by law, by mailing copies

of said notice at least thirty days prior to the date of hearing,
postage prepaid, to each person to whom land in the proposed assess-
ment district is assessed on the last equalized assessment roll of
said City, at his address as shown upon such roll, and to each person
whether owner in fee or having a lien upon or legal or equity interest
in any land within the proposed district, whose name and address and
a designation of the lands in which he is interested is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 19th day of July , 1965, by the following vote:
