AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF LEASE
OF THE PORTION OF MILLS CREEK CHANNEL TO
R. C. JOHNSON REALTY COMPANY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
A lease for the possession and use of a portion of Mills
Creek Channel and the construction of a drainage structure therei
be entered into with R. C. JOHNSON REALTY COMPANY, a California
corporation, according to the terms and conditions thereof as set
forth in the annexed lease, made a part hereof, and incorporated
herein the same as if fully set forth herein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a short form of said lease be
executed between the parties thereto and that the same be re-
corded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame an(
the City Council to execute said lease, and the short form therec
and that each of the same be attested by the City Clerk.
