HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 044-1965W.7ML: AW: jw 4/6/65 12a RESOLUTION NO. 44-65 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF INVESTIGATION REPORT UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE BURLINGAME AVENUE STREET LIGHTING PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that the City Engineer, a competent person for this purpose, is hereby directed to proceed and prepare such information as may be required therefor, to make a report in the form set forth in Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, for the following improvements, to wit: The removal of existing electrolier standards and the construction of new taper tube steel electrolier standards with luminaires, complete with underground conduit and conduc— tor cable, risers, pull boxes and appurtenances, and all work auxiliary thereto and necessary to complete the same in Burlingame Avenue from El Camino Real to California Drive, Primrose Road from Chapin Avenue to the alley lying between Burlingame Avenue and Howard Avenue, Park Road from Burlingame Avenue southeasterly about 100 feet and Lorton Avenue from a point about 150 feet northwesterly of Burlingame Avenue to a point about 100 feet southeasterly of Burlingame Avenue. All as more particularly described in Resolution No. 43-65, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination, adopted by this Council on May 3, 1965, to which resolution reference is hereby made for a particular description of the general nature, location and extent of the proposed improvements, of the boundaries or extent of the district or lands to be specially assessed to pay all the costs thereof, and of the statutes under which the proceedings therefor, and of the statutes under which the proceedings therefor are pro- posed to be conducted. I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of May, 1965, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-Johnson-Martin.
