ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN MILLS ESTATE j
#21 BURLINGAMESAN MATEO COUNTY CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the City of Burlingame hereby accepts the public improvements;
including street improvements on Frontera Way, curb and gutter,
sidewalks, sewer system, drainage system, and water system and
appurtenances, in the subdivision known as Mills Estate #21,
Burlingame, San Mateo County, California, the subdivision map of
which subdivision was accepted by this Council on the 7th day of
October, 1963, by Resolution No. 84-63 entitled "Approving Final
itMap Entitled 'Mills Estate No. 21, Burlingame, San Mateo County,
California' and Directing Execution of Agreement to Construct
Public Improvements.''

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 5th day of April, 1965, and adopted
thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederich sen-George-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Johnson
