A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SCHEDULES 3 AND 4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6-65 of this Council ordering
same, adopted on January 18, 1965, notice has been duly given of the
intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under
Resolution of Intention No. 94-64 adopted July 20, 1964; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests
against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring
to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and
things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard
and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly
described and set forth in said Resolution No. 6-65 adopted January
18, 1965.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 15th
day of February, 1965, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
