RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Grant Deed
dated December 19, 1964, executed by DOREL A. .ABBOTT, a married
woman dealing with her sole and separate property, and that the
same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California.
