A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council did, on the 20th day of July, 1964,
adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 94-64, as amended, pursuant
to which an assessment in the amount of $276,131.00 was levied
against Diagram and Assessment No. 42, now of record in the
office of the City Superintendent of Streets;
WHEREAS, at the request of the owners, and in order to make
it possible to issue bonds of marketable denominations, the
Engineer of Work has prepared and made an amended assessment upon
Diagram and Assessment iiio. 42, a copy of which is attached here-
to and incorporated herein by reference, and said amendment does
not increase or decrease the total amount of the recorded assess-
ment
11HEREAS, Resolution No. 148-64 of this Council, reducing
certain assessments, adopted November 2, 1964, inadvertently
reduced Diagram and Assessment No. 12 to $1807.05 instead of
$1907.05, and waiver of notice and hearing thereon by the property
owner is on file in the office of the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said amended assessment as to Diagram and Assess-
ment No. 42, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and
confirmed.
2. That said amended assessment together with the amended
assessment diagram as to said parcel, together with a certified
copy of this resolution, shall be recorded in the office of the
Superintendent of Streets as the amended assessment and diagram
as to Diagram and Assessment No. 42.

3. That the amount of Diagram and Assessment No. 12 is
$1907,05, and Resolution No. 148-64 of this Council is hereby
amended to show such amount.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 18th day of January , 1965, by
the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: Crosby
