HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - PC - 001-1994 _RESOLUTION NO. 1-94 �l\ PLIf��.�E RETURN RECORDED RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION, 7,/ C+-)PY TO: HILLSIDE AREA CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND VARIANCE/b 1 �r PLANNING DEPARTMENT CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: 501 PROAROSE ROAD BURLINGAME,CA94010 WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for a hillside area construction permit and side setback variance to a single family dwelling at 1540 Alturas Drive (APN 027-021-240) • (property owner: (Richard Costa 1540 Alturas Drive Burlingame, CA 94010• and WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on January 10, 1994 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption Sec. 15303 - New construction or conversion of small structures, Class 3(a) Single family residences . . . , is hereby approved. 2. Said Hillside Area Construction Permit (HACP) and Variance is approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such HACP and Variance are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. C RMAN I, Ruth E. C. P. & Side Setback Variance 1540 Alturas Drive (effective January 19 , 1994 ) 1 . that the addition as built shall conform to the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped December 8 , 1993 and construction drawings date stamped December 15 , 1993 ; 2 . that the height of the solarium shall not exceed 8 ' -2" as measured from the top of concrete; 3 . that, prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant sign the Public Works Department "Conditions of Issuance of a Building Permit" sheet, which requires applicant to drain to the street and to show how this drainage will be accomplished; and 4 . that the project shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform Building Codes as amended by the City of Burlingame.
