HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - PC - 010-1994 Mailed to County �94 PLEASE RETURN RECORDED RESOLUTION NO. 10-94 COPY TO: RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION SPECIAL PERMIT AND PARKING VARIANCE PLANNING DEPARTMENT CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: 501 PRIMROSE ROAD BURLINGAME, CA 9401( WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application as been made for a Parking Variance and Special Permit for-a financial institution at 1024 Oak Grove Avenue; APN 029-255-120 • Coroperty owner: Gloria Claire Conti 1100 Jackling Drive Hillsborough, CA) ; and WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on February 14 1994 , at which time it reviewed and considered, the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption Section 15301, Class 1 (a) interior or exterior alterations involving such things as interior partitions, plumbing and electrical conveyances) is hereby approved. 2. Said Parking Variance and Special Permit are approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such Parking Variance and Special Permit are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. �e C C I I, UTH E. JACOBS , Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 14th day of February , 1994 by the following vote: AYES: COMMISSIONERS: Ellis, Galligan, Graham, Jacobs, Kelly and Mink NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: Deal SECRETARY EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval, Parking Variance and Special Permit 1024 Oak Grove Avenue (effective February 23, 1994) 1. that the mortgage brokerage office shall be limited to the 1905 SF space as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped January 5, 1994, sheet 1; 2. that the mortgage brokerage office shall be open.8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and shall operate as stated on the commercial applications form and Westates letter dated January 31, 1994; 3. that the requirements of the City Engineer's memo dated January 10, 1994 shall be met by making application, within 30 days of action on this project, to the Building Department to close the driveway curbcut in front of this business on Carolan Avenue; 4. that the special permit for financial institutions and four space parking variance shall be tied together and should the special permit lapse or a request for an amendment to the conditions be made, then the parking variance shall be terminated; and 5. that the project shall meet all Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Code requirements as amended by the City.
