:OPY TO: RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION,
TWO SPECIAL PERMITS AND A ROOF ANTENNA
'LANNING DEPARTMENT
:ITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that:
,01 PRIMROSE ROAD WHEREAS, a categorical exemption 'has been proposed and application
'URLINGAME, CA 94010as been made for two special permits and a roof antenna for a new
proposed limousine service at 1380 Marsten Road (APN 026-124-0040) ;
(property owner: Philip H Wona c/o Intercon Realty &
Investment. Co. 1322 Marsten Road Burlingame CA) ; and
WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the
City of Burlingame on February 14. 1994 , at which time it reviewed
and considered the staff report and all other written materials and
testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning
Commission that:
1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted
and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it
is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project
set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and
categorical exemption Section 15301, Class 1 (a) Interior or exterior
alterations involving such things as interior partitions, plumbing and
electrical conveyances and (for antenna) - 15303 Class 3 (e) accessory
(appurtenant) structures including garages, carports, patios, swimming
pools and fences) is hereby approved.
2. Said special permits are approved subject to the conditions set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such Special Permits
are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting.
3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution
be recorded in the official records. of the County of San Mateo.

EXHIBIT "A"
Conditions of approval, categorical exemption and special permits
1380 Marsten Road
(effective February 23, 1994)
1. that the outdoor parking for employee and customers be provided as
shown striped on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and
date stamped December 17, 1993 ; sheet 1;
2 . that the roof antenna shall be installed northeast of the 12"
gravity vents shown on the site/roof plan submitted to the Planning
Department date stamped December 17 , 1993 ;
3 . that within 60 days of commencing operations at this site,
application be made for a building permit for all interior
improvements, including the installation of the wash area and
drainage system as required in the City Engineer' s memo dated
January 14, 1994; plans submitted for a building permit shall show
that adequate ventilation shall be provided as required in the Fire
Marshall' s memo dated December 21, 1993 ;
4 . that all vehicles shall be washed off-site until the interior wash
area drainage system is installed;
5 . that only light vehicle maintenance shall occur on site;
6. that the project shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Building
and Fire Codes as amended by the City;
7 . that this application shall be reviewed for compliance in one year
and upon complaint thereafter; and
8 . that no limousines shall be parked on the outside parking or on the
public street/right-of-way.
