AND SPECIAL PERMIT AMENDMENT

501 PRIMROSE ROAD RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that:
BURLINGAME,CA 94010
WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application
has been made for a Special Permit Amendment for a financial institution
at 330 Primrose Road 1610 and #611 APN• 029-152-340; (probefty owner:
Edward A. Keith P O Box 847 Napa CA 94559) ; and
WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the
City of Burlingame on _ April 11. 1994 , at which time it reviewed and
considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony
.presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning
Commission that:
1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted
and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it
is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project
set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and
categorical exemption Section 15301 - Existing Facilities, Class 1, -
operation of existing private structures involving negligible or no
expansion of use beyond that previously existing.) is hereby approved.
2. Said special permit amendment is approved subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such
Special Permit Amendment are as set forth in the minutes and recording of
said meeting.
3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution
be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.

foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of

Conditions of approval categorical exemption and special permit
amendment 330 Primrose Road, #610 and #611
effective April 18, 1994
1. that the loan brokerage business shall be limited to
1, 705 SF in Suites #610 and #611, as shown on the plans
submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped
March 10, 1994 ;
2 . that the loan brokerage business will be open 8: 00 A.M.
to 5: 00 P.M. Monday through Friday with a maximum of ten
employees at any one time;
3 . that any changes in operation, floor area, use, or number
of employees, which exceed the maximums as stated in
these conditions shall require an amendment to this use
permit;
4 . that this use permit shall be reviewed for compliance in
six months (October, 1994) or upon complaint; and
5. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the
Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes as amended by
the City of Burlingame.
