Date: 9.20.94 _MMargatet kMonroe, City Planner RESOLUTION NO. 43-94 RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION AND VARIANCES RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS , a categorical exemption has been proposed and application has been made for two parkina variances for percent of compact stalls (C . S . 25 . 70 . 030 , K) and substandard driveway aisles (C. S . 25 . 70 . 020 , b3) for intensification of use at 35 Ingold Road , zoned M-1 , APN: 025-280-080 & 025-280-200 ; property owner : Susan Lambertson , 2 Lombardi Lane , Millbrae and WHEREAS , said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on September 12 , 1994 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1 . On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption Section: 15301 - Existing Facilities , Class 1 (a) , Interior or exterior alterations involving such things as interior partitions , plumbing, and electrical conveyances is hereby approved. 2 . Said variances are approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto . Findings for such variances are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3 . It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. C I I , Mike Ellis _, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 12th day of September , 1994 , by the following vote: AYES : COMMISSIONERS : DEAL, ELLIS , GALLIGAN, JACOBS , KELLY, KEY AND MINK NOES : COMMISSIONERS : NONE ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS : NONE SECRETARY EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval categorical exemption and variance 35 INGOLD ROAD effective SEPTEMBER 19, 1994 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped July 22 , 1994 , sheets Al, A2 and A3 ; 2 that any other intensification of use at either 25 Ingold or 35 Ingold Road shall require a public hearing and an amendment to the variances; and 3 that the project shall meet all Uniform Building and Uniform fire code requirements as amended by the City.
