RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING
GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM DONALD AND NANCY TATEOSIAN
FOR PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT AT 1041 BROADWAY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the owners of the real property at 1041 Broadway are redeveloping the
property; and
WHEREAS, in order to properly accommodate public access along the property, the public
sidewalk must be realigned; and
WHEREAS, the property owners are willing to grant a pedestrian easement to
accommodate the public sidewalk and to maintain that easement in a safe and passable condition,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The Grant Deed for Pedestrian Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is approved and
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to accept the Deed by and on behalf of
the City..
2. The City Clerk is directed to record the Deed and this Resolution with the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 23rdday of
January ,2002, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
