A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS — 2017 CITYWIDE SANITARY SEWER POINT REPAIR
PROJECT BY EPS, INC. DBA EXPRESS PLUMBING.
CITY PROJECT NO. 84830
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, which finds, orders
and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works has certified the work done by EPS, Inc. dba Express
Plumbing, under the terms of its contract with the City dated October 3, 2018, has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of
the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 84830.
3. Said work is accepted.
I, Meaghan Hassel Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15t day of April, 2019,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
