RRSOLVFTD, by the City Council of the City of Bwlingaw,
California, that it doers hereby accept that certain Deed of !:asse-
ment, in form this dates presented to this Council, as more
particularly described. in Exhibit 'As hereto attached and In-
corporated herein by reference, and the City Clerk Is hereby
authorized and directed to record said Deed, together with a
certified copy of this resolution, in the office of the Cow,lty
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.

Ail easement 10 feet in width to the City of Burlingame
for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line,,,
" across that real property situate in the City of Burlingame,
State of California; which easement lies 5 feet on either
side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point which is on the southerly right-
Of- way line of Bayshore Boulevard, said point of beginning
being South 77-33fWeat 145.40 feet from the point of

Bayshore Boulevard with the westerly right-of-way line of
Industrial Way (now known as Cadillac w4y), said point of
intersection being the intersection of the southwesterly

and curve are described in that certain deed from Person
& Wik to the City of Burlingame recorded September 10, 1966
in Book 5024 of Official Records of San Mateo County,

leaving the southerly right-of-way line of Bayshore Boulevard'
