ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - BAYSHORE
HIGHWAY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
and it is hereby ordered that the City of Burlingame hereby
accepts the public improvements done and performed by HYATT HOUSE
PROPERTIES, a corporation, and REYNOLD C. JOHNSON PROPERTIES, a
corporation, in, on and to the Bayshore Highway from Mills Creek
Crossing to a point north of Burlway Road, consisting of the
widening and paving of the westerly side of the Bayshore Highway
and the installation of curb, gutters and sidewalks.
I, HERBERT K. WRITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
7th day of November, 1966, and adopted thereafter by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen:Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-
Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
