A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS AND
PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, On July 18, 1966, said Council did pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention No, 44-66, relating to the acquisition of
public improvements in said City under and pursuant to the provisions
of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and did therein provide that
serial bonds would be issued thereunder pursuant to the provisions of
the Improvement Act of 1911, reference to said Resolution of Intention
hereby expressly made for further particulars;
WHEREAS, notice of the recordation of the assessment and of the
time within which assessments may be paid in cash has been duly waived
by all of the owners of all of the property assessed, and a list of
all assessments which now remain unpaid has been prepared and pre-
sented to this Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said list and has deter-
mined that the same is an accurate statement thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows
to That the assessments on said unpaid list which now remain
unpaid, and the aggregate thereof, are as shown on Exhibit A9A" hereto
attached and by reference made a part hereof.
20 That for a particular description of the lots bearing the
respective assessment numbers set forth in said unpaid list and upon
which said assessments remain unpaid, severally and respectively,
reference is hereby made to the assessment and to the diagram to be
recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City
after confirmation by this Council, the several lots represented by
said assessment numbers being so numbered and designated upon said
diagram and assessment as so confirmed and recorded, severally and
respectively.
3, Tne unpaid list is in the amount of $92,162.00, and bonds
shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments in said
amount in accordance with the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911
(Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code) and under and pursuant
to the provisions of said Resolution of Intention and the proceedings
thereunder duly had and taken; that said bonds shall be designated
"Series 1966-1°a, shall be seven (7) in number, shall be dated
September 12, 1966, and shall bear interest from their date at the
rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, payable July 2, 1967 and semi-
annually thereafter, shall each be in the amount of the unpaid assess-
ment upon the particular parcel described therein, and each shall mature
in twenty (20) annual installments represented by annual principal cou-
pons maturing January 2, 1968 to January 2, 1987, inclusive, Said bonds
shall bear a premium of five per cent (5%) of the unmatured principal
thereof on calla
4. Said bonds shall be substantially in the form provided in
the Improvement Act of 1911,
5. That said bonds shall be executed by the City Treasurer,
sealed and delivered to the purchaser thereof upon receipt of the amount
therefor, as provided in Resolution No, 67 —66 Awarding Sale of
Bonds,, adopted by this Council on September 60 19660
6, This resolution shall become effective immediately upono
a) The recordation of the diagram and assessment as con-
firmed by this Council in the office of the Superintendent of Streets
of the City of Burlingame;
b) The recordation of Notice of Assessment in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo in accordance with
Resolution No. 51-66 Describing Boundaries of Assessment District,
Directing Filing of Map and Directing Recordation of .Notice of Assess-
ment, adopted by this Council on August 1, 1966; and

c) The filing of the List of Unpaid Assessments, in form
hereto attached as Exhibit "A", in the office of the City Treasurer of
the City of Burlingame.
T hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
6th day of September , 1966, by the following vote:
