AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND ROYSTON, HANAMOTO, BECK
& ABEY, A CORPORATION, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, FOR THE
PREPARATION OF WORKING DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THREE BASEBALL FIELDS AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS,
PART OF PHASE I. BALL FIELD COMPLEX, BAYSIDE PARK
MASTER PLAN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
to The public interest and convenience require execution
of the agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized
to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of November
1969, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Amstrup-Crosby-George-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: Johnson.
